Booking requests

• Submitting a request through our website, by phone or by WhatsApp does not create a confirmed reservation.
• A reservation is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with the dates, room, rate and conditions of your stay.
• Rates shown on the website are starting prices for reference and may change based on dates, availability, length of stay and applicable taxes and fees.

Payments, cancellations and changes

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation and change policies depend on the property and the reservation, and will be stated in your confirmation. Please review them carefully before accepting.

Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when making a request.
• Follow the rules of the property, including occupancy limits, check-in and check-out times, and smoking and pet policies.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, as set out in the property rules.

Property owner services

Management services for property owners are provided under a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the agreement prevails.
